About me

I became a counsellor because I believe no one should have to carry life’s challenges alone. I wanted to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I see counselling as a collaborative process. I believe you already hold strengths within you, and my role is to walk alongside you with warmth and curiosity as you uncover them and move toward the life you want.

Background and qualifications

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Addiction Counselling (BHSc). My background has given me experience supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, identity, and life transitions.

Beyond my professional training, I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique story.

Outside of counselling, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family including my two great danes, and getting outdoors. I also love connecting with my community and finding joy in the small, everyday moments.
